For clients wanting a certificate of completion of a class certified by the NRA, we keep records of your age, gender and your NRA member number, if you have one.
The information we collect is primarily used to keep in touch with our clients. We may email you or send you information through the U.S. mail. We also gather information from our website, which shows us how many visitors we have and how often they visit. This helps us learn which classes generate the most interest and helps us keep our website fresh and inviting.

SST does not store or share your billing and payment information. Because of this, when you want to take another class, we will need your payment and the necessary information all over again.
We make every effort to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. We don’t, knowingly, collect information from children 13 years old and younger. We encourage parents to use this, and every opportunity, to discuss privacy issues with their children.
We will not provide your information to our business partners, or others who may wish to use the information for marketing purposes. We do provide certain information to the NRA for certificates of completion of NRA certified courses. Please consult the NRA website for their privacy policy. This is how SST protects your personal information. We use encryption, access control procedures, network firewalls, and physical security. Data is secured in transit by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Only authorized employees and agents with a legitimate business purpose are allowed to access your personal information. Our employees and agents are trained to implement and understand our privacy and confidentiality policies.
